DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing offers several advantages over vinyl transfer, including better quality, eco-friendliness, versatility, cost-effectiveness, faster printing time and no limitation in color.
The DTF printing process allows for precise and sharp designs and it can produce even the smallest details and texts. Because of the weeding, it is almost impossible to maintain the same intricate designs or tiny details in vinyl transfer.
DTF printing can be even 95% faster than vinyl transfer because complex designs takes lots of time to both cut and weed. Multi-colored images need to be trasferred in layers or if you use solvent printable vinyl the print must dry before weeded and transferred. So why weed vinyls when you can just do DTF?
